What if he was on EPO???! Those Kenyans figured out the right supplements!

Watching people run fuckin cracks me up lol I am hideous when i run too btw hahaha
All ácids in the bloodstream are buffered quickly to the blood physiologic ph range of 7.35 to 7.45. If you take an alkaline water of 8 and the buffering system fails, you end up in a metabòlic alkalosis that, if not corrected in an ER, you'll die. The same happens to acidic substances, if not corrected, will cause a metabolic acidosis that is also a life-threatening medical emergency. So, this claim doesn't hold water is just a way of selling very expensive water filters to the uninformed costumers.
The bike tire pics displayed at the beginning are not by any means gravel tires - they are full on mountain bike tires I get the notion - but gravel tires have very little bite / tread in the center with the main part of the tread being on the outside edge of the tires These shoes would be smooth / flat on the bottom with some rugged edging around the outside of the outer soles if they were in fact mimicking ‘gravel tires’ - that said, I own a pair of challenger 7’s and I am quite glad they aren’t like a gravel tire on the bottom….
I guess Pliny was telling the truth.
The high school kid was my favorite. Of course, recognizing this, I stopped shortly after his comments because I didn’t want to taint the frame of mind he put me in. The run is impressive, no doubt. I do believe most people probably can’t do that. But the high school kid’s comments reminded me that we sometimes just stop believing and being positive as we get older. And quite frankly, that sucks.
Cheery music👍👍👍
20,9 km per hour that's crazy
Yep that's not what theyr are doing.... at least between 7 and 11 km/h that what I do for my warm up. I go hard to 13,3 and max to 16.3 on the gym and I can assure you most people can't reach 20km/h without years of training, i still can't because i'm lazy^^ You can really spot a humain being sprinting above 13.3 km/h under this is a joke.
I tried this and I can only do it for about 2:30 seconds
that is no challenge or test, that treadmill keeps your pace and keeps you moving, if you do that for 400m on the road you have to do both of those things.
After this, Anatoly got into weight lifting 💪
Good post-fight interview. Both fighters really gave it their all but he just had that killer instinct.
I started walking a few months ago because i was overweight , i lost a lot of weight and my body got a bit more resistant , so eventually i could even start running ,4 months ago i could barely walk and i didn't think it was possible that i could be running for 1 hour 4 times a week , and i felt a bit proud about this , this video shows me that i am trash and i will always be trash so i should probably just stop
this is awesome - now what can we do in terms or exercises to train our body to naturally align and stay like that ??!
will this be too hot in the summer?
Omg I want CUCUMBER 🥒
Something cool I found out! Put it the fridge
long stride. i wonder if you can actually run so your gaining distance in the air as you run. If you can understand that
This Runner's World youtube feature of Here's What Happens To Your Running Cadence At Different Speeds is stimulating to watch. The feature of more than one Runner's World staffer also helps illustrate the video's theme.
What an amazing film. ❤️🙏💪
Thought this was about Kate Carter
Okay but how long were people able to do this?
she looks malnourished and I am a runner of decades. I want to send her a food parcel
Americans try something banal for a minute: "This was the biggest challenge of my life, I felt I had to do it, it was amazing, Im so proud of myself, Hi mom and dad" *starts crying*
Its wonderfullllllll.
Are you right handed or left handed? If your right hand was in the lions mouth, how did you open the pocket knife? Which hand did you use to open it with?
Do not run in mountain lion or bear country. This triggers their predatory attack instincts. Now an essential apex predator is dead.
❤
That's one beautiful statement: "It's ok to be a struggling diabetic because that doesn't define you.". So powerful.
She’s my favorite
1:11 WTF?
Nice he beat Nick symmonds
Congratulations to China for being the best ever forever
Apparently he finished a 5k today in a little under 17 minutes. That’s crazy fuckin fast lol respect to the man
Why they running like Phobe from FRIENDS sitcom
I would've made Alex Salmond (of the SNP party) run on that thing - he would've made the Far-Eastern one that's gone flat-out on his arse at 1:59 look like what they're up against here! 🤣["AS your weight goes up, the actual physical and function of your brain goes down." Dr. Steven Bartlett] 😊
I love her attitude!
This means age is just a number. I’m in my 20’s. 😅
They keep windmilling their arms lol
Was V1 wobbly?
So why was it almost banned? Video said nothing about it almost being banned. Clickbait title
Are you trying to lose your fingers??
Pew, what does kill you...😄
